Website terms & product licence

These terms apply to your use of www.stutuventures.co.uk and to the digital products sold by Stutu Ventures Limited, trading as Stutu Healthcare & Nursing. Products bought through Etsy are also covered by Etsy's own terms of use.

Using this website

  • You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal use.
  • We work to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or free from errors.
  • Links to other websites, such as Etsy, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Licence for our digital products

When you buy one of our digital products, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. This means you may:

  • download the files and print as many copies as you need for your own use
  • fill in and use the pages in your own study, work or personal life

You may not:

  • share, forward, upload or resell the files, or any part of them, whether free or for payment
  • pass them off as your own work, or remove our copyright notices
  • use them to create competing products, or for commercial training, without our written permission

Educational content

Our products are for education and personal organisation only. They do not replace your employer's policies and procedures, the British National Formulary (BNF), national guidance, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always follow local policy and seek professional advice about individual care. Clinical information is checked against UK sources at the time of writing and dated on each product; guidance can change after publication.

We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), the NHS, Skills for Care or Skills for Health, unless we say so clearly.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads delivered straight away, you lose the right to cancel once the download has started, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 when you agree to immediate delivery. If a file is faulty or will not open, please message us through Etsy and we will fix it or offer a refund. This does not affect your legal rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including text, designs, templates and logos, is owned by Stutu Ventures Limited unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Stutu", the sunrise logo and our trading names are used by Stutu Ventures Limited.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. If you buy as a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to digital content that is faulty or not as described; these terms do not affect them.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
